The new customer journey project represents a significant stage in our Making -it-Real programme.  Assistant Team Managers will play an important role in the new structure.  As Team Managers' focus shifts towards strategic operational management, Assistant Team Managers will be supporting the change through championing learning and development and performance management.  This development programme is designed to support ATMs in developing this role
