They do not confirm competence but relate to the knowledge elements covered in the mandatory units of the Health and Social Care Diploma at L2 and L3. They can be used as stand alone qualifications or as part of the Apprenticeship in Health & Social Care at Level 2. 

This one unit award covers the Employnsibilities and Rights in Health, Social Care and Children and Young People’s Settings.
